Refund & Reshipment Policy
Due to international shipping constraints, we do not support returns or exchanges. We offer refunds only.
We provide a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days from the date your item is confirmed delivered (based on carrier tracking information) to request a refund.
Conditions for Refund or Reshipment
You may apply for a refund or reshipment under the following circumstances:
- The item received does not match the item you ordered – we will reship or refund the incorrect product.
- Part of your order was missing – you may choose a refund or reshipment for the missing items.
- If certain items are out of stock, we will contact you by email and arrange a refund for the sold-out products.
- The color or size of the item received does not match your order details – we will reship or refund the affected item(s).
- The item was damaged during transit – we will reship or refund the damaged item(s).
- The item has not been delivered for an extended period of time (according to carrier tracking information) – we will reship or refund the affected order.
Please note: We provide refunds or reshipments only. Physical returns are not accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer at the time of purchase, including but not limited to incorrect house number, missing house number (Address numerical component), incorrect postal code, or other address errors. Please carefully review your order details before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
- The product has been used for more than 7 days after delivery confirmation. Eligibility for refund is strictly determined based on 7 days from the confirmed delivery date (according to carrier tracking information).
- If the product remains unused and in its original condition, we may support a refund request within 14 days of delivery confirmation. All such requests are subject to review and approval.
Reshipment Policy
We offer reshipment services under the following conditions:
- Items were missing or incorrectly shipped by us.
- Items were damaged during transportation.
- Items were not delivered for an extended period (based on carrier tracking information).
Refund Process
We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
