In the Chinese palace examination tradition, particularly as known from the Ming and Qing periods, the first three places were celebrated as Zhuangyuan, Bangyan and Tanhua. The names recall exceptional scholarly achievement and the respect given to learning. Your first order begins your membership journey. Use the same email address for future purchases so that your orders remain linked to the same customer record. There is no separate paid subscription. When do the 20% and 25% member savings start? Your second order receives 20% off. Your third and subsequent orders receive 25% off. Eligibility is calculated from the existing order history linked to your customer email before the new order is placed. Do I need a discount code? No member code is needed. Enter the email associated with your previous orders at checkout, or sign in with that email. Eligible member savings are applied automatically once your customer record is recognized. Can I combine member savings with a store promotion? Member merchandise discounts do not stack with another merchandise or order discount. The best eligible saving applies. A better automatic store offer takes priority; if a better promotion uses a code, enter that promotion code at checkout. How are tiers different from next-order savings? Your earned tier follows the orders already placed: one order earns Tanhua, two earn Bangyan, and three or more earn Zhuangyuan. Your next-order benefit is ready in advance: after one order, your second order qualifies for 20%; after two, your third order qualifies for 25%. Is standard delivery complimentary? Yes. Standard or regular delivery is complimentary in supported shipping destinations. Expedited delivery is an optional paid upgrade. Available services and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. How do tier rewards and anniversary gifts work? Reaching each tier qualifies you for a tier reward. Your membership anniversary is based on the date of your first order. Our team selects and arranges gifts manually after checking eligibility. A gift is not automatically added to your cart; contact our team if you need help with a reward. Will I automatically receive marketing emails? No. Membership does not subscribe you to marketing.
